Joseph Hyde, Managing Director

A graduate, of Boston College, Joe received his MBA from Babson College. Joe worked as a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young before cofounding Kingston-Dwight Associates. Joe directs the non-retainer recruiting service activities of the firm. He works with clients to assess overall staffing requirements and develop customized recruitment programs. As a past President of the Babson College Alumni Club of Boston, and with more than 25 years of business experience his realm of contacts/ experiences/ and reach is broad.

When not behind his desk, Joe can be found behind a barbeque grill, an Easton youth baseball bench, or watching any Boston sports team.

Michael O'Leary, Managing Director

After graduating from Princeton University Mike started his business career in public accounting in Boston. He was subsequently recruited into recruiting. His penchant for analysis and conversation drew him into this consulting/advisory role. With more than 25 years experience, and a Principal at Kingston-Dwight Associates, Mike has managed retained search work nationally and regionally. Industries served include the broad spectrum of venture funded biopharma startups to textile, and traditional manufacturing, publicly-traded Fortune 500 companies.

Mike has served on the boards for our National Network Affiliations. Other interests have found Mike at Town Meeting in Needham, MA, in front of the camera at his local cable station, doing Zumba, and on the bike or in the pool prepping for yet another triathlon.

Jennifer Lynch, Partner

After receiving her MBA from Tulane University, Jennifer earned her CPA in public accounting. She co- founded Kingston Dwight Associates after 5 years of experience with a national recruiting firm.
Although the firm is based in Boston, her experience includes national search work serving a broad industry base: financial services, manufacturing, and healthcare.

In the last few years, Jennifer has followed her volunteer interests. With experience helping both senior citizens and students, Jennifer hosted 3 international students through the Eugene Kinasewich Fund. She also started a Chapter of the National Aging in Place Council to assist senior citizens and their families with the challenges of the aging process. Jennifer remains active with her alma maters, and has co- chaired her Boston College class reunions.

Jordan Antunes, Vice President

After graduation from the University of Massachusetts, Jordan spent 7 years in Internal Audit working for both Texas Instruments and GTE (now Verizon). When it was time to reduce his travel commitments, Jordan became a Finance Manager at a global software company. Eventually he decided that advising hiring managers on the recruitment/development/retention of talent was his real interest and he joined Kingston-Dwight Associates in 1995. Bilingual, and well traveled, Jordan always has an interest in international assignments. Active in the Institute of Internal Auditors (IAA), Jordan has spoken at numerous career advice forums. He enjoys hiking, cooking and daily morning jogs.

Cornelius (Connie) O'Leary, Vice President

Connie has been in the recruiting profession since his graduation from Boston College. He worked at Northeastern University for approximately 20 years. While earning his Masters Degree, Connie advanced to a Director of Graduate Admissions for one of the colleges within the University. Kingston-Dwight Associates represented the right fit when he decided to move into business.

To his hiring and recruiting managers, Connie brings many years of experience connecting and communicating with early career stage professionals. His particular interest has been to serve the needs of the public accounting industry. As well as serving all financial and accounting functions, Connie has developed a niche in the tax arena.

As a father, athlete, and Boston sports fan, Connie spends his free time at local rinks, diamonds, and fields.
